5x10x50kg -- This here is a sign that my strength and energy is finally coming back post-comp. I like it when that happens.

  1. Good stuff. I took a week out after my comp, came back nearly full force, and with a new target in mind.
    I am still recovering from the combination of arrogance and stupidity that hurt my back.
    Nearly there but will have to be ultra gentle on my return, not happy bunny.
